Dr. Lesley Eblie Trudel

Lesley holds a Bachelor of Education and Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Education from the University of Manitoba, a Master of Education (Administration) from Brandon University and a Doctor of Philosophy (Education/Organizational Theory) from the University of Manitoba.  Her dissertation research was designed to determine whether the systemic features of education planning could result in improved linkages between what school division leaders know and what they do, ultimately impacting organizational improvement and change. Lesley strongly believes that when systems foundations and frameworks are established equitably, those who work and learn within them benefit and achieve success.
